On behalf of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association, the Norwegian Maritime Officers' Association, Kystrederiene, and NHO Sjøfart, Menon Economics has mapped the competency needs in the maritime industry as a result of technological development. The report focuses on the competency needs of shipping companies, both for employees working in land-based organizations and those working at sea.
